Q. What's the best way to contact you?
A. You can either phone us directly on 0161 817 8844 or use our contact form on the website. We aim to reply within 24 hours.


Q. Can I place orders over the phone?
A. Yes - simply contact us on 0161 817 8844 and we will be happy to assist you.


Q. Do you have retail stores?
A. No, we are a web-only company.

Q. How much do you charge for delivery in the UK?
A. We charge £4.99 for Standard Delivery and only £5.99 for Express Delivery per order, which means that you can order as much as you like, and still only pay one price.

Q. I don't live in the UK. Can I still place an order?
A. Of course! We ship worldwide and P&P is only £9.99 per order.

Q. I'm not sure what size to order - can you help me?
A. Yes. We're here to help you so feel free to call us on 0161 817 8844 or use our contact form and we will gladly provide you with any measurements you may need.


Q. Can I change my order once it is placed?
A. If you realise that an error has been made, please contact our customer service team on 0161 817 8844 as soon as possible. (Our phone lines are open 10am-6pm and we do have an answering machine service for calls received outside of these hours). If your order hasn't been sent out, it may be possible for you to change your order.


Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You are able to cancel your order within fourteen working days. Please see our returns page for full details.

Q. Can I exchange my item for another?
A. Yes. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item and for us sending out the replacement (unless faulty). Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Q. My goods have arrived but they are wrong/faulty, what do I do?
A. Please contact our customer services by using the online form or alternatively by phone on 0161 817 8844. Our customer service team will be happy to help you to return your items at our cost and arrange refunds where appropriate. Please see our returns page for full details.

Q. I  have ordered an item I no longer want, can I return it?
