Delivery

Our Standard UK delivery price is £4.99 per order and we are now also pleased to offer you Express Delivery for only £5.99 per order. All items are sent out via Royal Mail, Hermes or UK Mail. Large orders will be sent out by courier. Orders received Monday-Friday before 3pm will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, will be sent out the next working day. Most orders are received within 2 working days.

International delivery is charged at £9.99 per order. Items will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail and are usually delivered within 7-10 working days.

Returns

Before returning an item for ANY reason, please contact our customer service team so that we can best assist you on this matter. Failure to do this may affect our ability to refund you.

Items can be returned under the following circumstances:

1. If the item is faulty you must return the item to us within fourteen (14) working days of delivery where the fault is apparent from reasonable inspection of the item or thereafter as soon as possible after the defect or fault becomes apparent. We will refund you in full as soon as possible when your item is delivered back to us.

2. If you've changed your mind about the item, or if the item doesn't fit, you can return it to us up to fourteen (14) working days from the day after you receive the goods ("the Cooling off Period"). You must inform us in writing (by using the contact form) that you wish to cancel the order. The return postage is at your cost and we will refund you for the returned items - excluding your original delivery fee.  Please contact customer services to arrange your return. 

3. If we send you the wrong item we will cover the cost of returning the item and refund you in full as soon as possible when your item gets back to us.

All items must be returned with all security tags in place and in their original condition (except for faulty items).

 

Please Note: We cannot except returns on our leggings for hygiene reasons.



Returning your item

Please contact our customer service team before returning an item.

Package your goods securely, in their original packaging if possible. Please make sure that you include your order confirmation inside so that we can identify your parcel. Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office for dispatch.  We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage when sending your item.  You are responsible for ensuring the items are posted back to us and we may ask you for proof of posting.  We are not liable for any returned items which are not received by us.

You have a legal obligation to take good care of the goods while they are in your possession.  Goods returned to us must be in the same condition in which you received them.

When trying on items, please try to keep them away from anything that could mark or add scent to them (such as perfumes, deodorants and cigarettes)



Refund Payment

All returned goods are examined on arrival.  We will confirm refunds via e-mail as soon as possible. We will then process any refund due to you as soon as possible.  Refunds being made under the seven working day Cooling Off Period will be made within 30 days of the date on which you gave us notice of cancellation of the Contract between you and us. All other refunds will be made at the latest within thirty days of the day we confirm via e-mail that we will be refunding you.  Please note that your credit card company may take a few days before refunding your card account after we have instructed them to refund you.  Refunds will be made via the same method by which they were paid for.

This Returns Policy does not affect your rights under law.

Exchanges

Unless faulty or item sent in error, we are only able to offer exchanges if you, the customer, cover the cost of returning the original item to us AND the P&P charges for the second item to be sent out. Please contact us for further information.
